If you follow me on social media then you know I am all about creating a healthy lifestyle and building long term habits.
So while you may think that a 30 day challenge is outside the box for me, this challenge is to encourage and teach you how to continue to implement these healthy habits and achieve results long term.
A challenge like this can be extremely motivating and a highly educational experience. They are meant to be a fun and at the same time be VERY effective, getting you leaner, fitter, healthier…as a SQUAD!

YES! I encourage current SloaneSquad members to join. Having aggressive 30 day macros will accelerate results for a short amount of time and get you super motivated. The workouts are designed differently as well. You will also be able to work with a partner if you desire, cheering each other on.
Yes, there will be all new video guided workouts in this challenge, on the app.
You can do the workouts whichever place you choose! If there is gym equipment in the workout there will be an alternative provided for home.
YES. Just mention it in your assessment and I will tailor your macros accordingly.
YES. Counting macros gives you the flexibility to eat whatever foods you wish and not restrict any foods. You simply have to adjust your portions accordingly.
1. DUMBBELLS
I recommend a variety of dumbbells if possible. Specific amounts will depend on your fitness level.
2. RESISTANCE BANDS WITH HANDLES and/or LOOP BANDS
3. KETTLEBELL (OPTIONAL) – Again, the amount of weight will depend on your fitness level. While they are helpful, they aren’t required. If you don’t have kettlebells you can always substitute with a single dumbbell
4. STABILITY BALL
5. BENCH – Preferably with an incline. You can use a bench, chair, ottoman or sturdy box in place of a bench if you don’t have
7. OPTIONAL: BARBELL, JUMP ROPE, CARDIO MACHINES
