Perfection. Warm. Chocolate. Yummy. Under 100 calories for a huge piece!
Get where I’m going? Yeah, they are that good. You would never know that there are only healthy ingredients in these babies.
What’s better? They are super simple to make. Just dump and bake, my favorite kind of recipe! One that doesn’t make a mess in the kitchen and is ready from start to finish in under 30 minutes! Because who could wait that long to devour them!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1 Scoop Protein Powder (I used PE Science Snickerdoodle)
4oz Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Large Egg
1/2 cup Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Sweetener of choice (I used Swerve)
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (I used Lily’s Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp salt
Method:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl except the chocolate chips
Mix well - Fold in chocolate chips
- Place in 8×8 sprayed glass baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 24 minutes – be sure not to overbake as it will dry out
