Brussel Sprout Salad

Brussell Sprout Salad Recipe | Pancakes & Pushups


10 oz brussel sprouts, shaved or chopped (you can buy these already shaved)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 oz parmesan cheese
1 cucumber, chopped
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
8 oz grilled chicken (optional)


  1. Place brussel sprouts in a large bowl and combine cucumber, olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Let sit for about an hour
  3. Add salt and garlic powder and toss to coat
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and combine well
  5. Add grilled chicken (or your favorite protein) if you wish
