Healthy Protein-Packed Banana Cake

One of my favorite recipes to date!  This cake is out of this world!

There are so many wholesome ingredients in this recipe yet no one will ever know that it’s good for you (and your waistline!)

This recipe couldn’t be any simpler. So even if you don’t have any skills in the kitchen I promise this is sure to come out perfect!

Simply throw the following ingredients into a bowl and mix until well blended.

3 Ripe Bananas
3/4 Cup Oat Flour (Can be Gluten Free)
2 Scoops of PE Science Snickerdoodle Protein Powder
1/3 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Sweetener of choice (I used Swerve)

*Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips to the recipe.  1/2 cup is a good amount.

Place batter in 2 sprayed  loaf pans or 1 larger pan.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Serving size: 1/10 of the recipe, Calories: 103, Carbs: 15g, Fat 1g, Protein 9, Fiber 2g, Sugar 5g.
