I love these because they are so quick and easy to make. And further, quick and easy to take on the go as well. They are good cold or hot and make a great meal for the kids too!
Truth is, they can be made many different ways. With ketchup, marinara sauce or even salsa depending on your mood. You can also add any kind of herbs or vegetables to them also. Here you can see I added some peppers.
As always here on Pancakes and Push Ups, these are super healthy with little fats and carbs and high in protein.

2 lbs of ground turkey or chicken
3 egg whites
1 cup oats
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs garlic powder
1 small finely chopped onion
ketchup to taste
Preheats oven to 375
Spray muffin tins
Mix all ingredients in to one big bowl
Make little balls and place them in muffin pan. Squeeze little ketchup on each ball.
Bake for 40 minutes
Makes 12 muffins
80 calories per muffin, 11 grams of protein, 4 grams of carbs, 2 grams of fat.
