Overnight Oats – a simple way to get a well balanced breakfast or any meal in.
Great for on the go or for those without a lot of time.
There are so many variations so create and add whatever you like!
Here I mixed in a jar (can use Tupperware too):
1/2 cups oats
Covered with almond milk
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 tbs chia seed
2 ounces Greek yogurt
Handful of fresh blackberries
Sweetener of choice
Place in refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next day. ?
