Stevia is perhaps the only sweetener that is not just “not harmful,” but has actual health benefits.
It has no calories, is 100% natural, and if you choose the the right one then it also tastes like a million bucks. My favorite by far is Stevia in the Raw.
People often confuse stevia with another sweetener called Truvia, but they are not the same. Truvia is a blend of compounds, one of which is extracted from stevia leaves. The taste is quite different as well.
Try replacing some of the sugar and artificial sweeteners in your diet with Stevia.
Try Stevia in your coffee and replace it in your recipes for half the sugar.  You won’t be disappointed and you will be slashing calories while still enjoying your food.
