Want bigger or more shapely arms? Train those triceps!
The triceps are a much larger muscle than the bicep. Don’t be so hooked on bicep curls. If you want bigger arms, or in a woman’s case more shapely, defined arms – train your triceps just as much if not more!
Some tricep exercises include skull crushers, tricep pulldowns, dips and triangle push-ups.
