There is so much information out there it’s hard to tell what diets are good for you, which will be the most effective, and one that will actually work.
One thing that is for sure is, just because something works for somebody doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you.
When I first started learning about flexible dieting my biggest focus was what the exact macros were that people whom I was inspired to look like were.
Here’s what I’ve learned over the years of being a coach and how wrong I was to focus on something that was never going to get ME to MY goals and why you won’t succeed copying someone else’s diet:
✔️You have different amounts of body fat – someone with more body fat is going to require a different amount of protein and calories than someone who is leaner
✔️You have different daily activities
✔️You have different amounts of muscle mass
✔️You have different hormonal profiles
✔️You train differently
✔️You don’t perform the same amount of cardio
✔️You have different levels of leanness or aren’t as lean as they are
✔️You are not as consistent as they are
✨This is why I customize every single plan that passes through my door.
We are ALL individuals and our diets and training should be treated accordingly✨
Bottom line – YOU do YOU! It’s best to stop worrying about what others are doing and just focus on YOU!👊🏼
