Banana Protein Packed Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 scoop About Time Vanilla Protein Powder
1 egg
2 tbs white whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 small banana, sliced
1/4 tsp baking powder

  1. Mix all ingredients except banana in a bowl
  2. Pour pancakes on to griddle, placing 1/2 of the sliced banana on to individual pancakes
  3. After flipping pancakes, transfer them to a plate and place remaining banana slices on top of cooked pancakes
