Ingredients:
6 portobello mushroom caps
1 ¾ cups shredded muenster cheese
⅔ cup whole wheat bread crumbs
2 tbs chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, chopped
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400
- Split the portobello mushroom caps to make 12 thin rounds
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
- Layer the portobello rounds and mixture in a sprayed baking dish, making about 3 layers.
- Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of water
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes
- Remove tin foil and bake for another 7-8 minutes
