Ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup strawberries
Method:
- Blend everything except vanilla yogurt and strawberries together with mixer or smash cottage cheese lumps with the back of your spoon until smooth
- Spray an omelette pan with non stick spray and pour mixture in to pan on medium heat.
- Cook as you would an omelette, flipping over half way through
- Top with vanilla yogurt and strawberries
