High Protein Crepe

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup strawberries

Method:

  1. Blend everything except vanilla yogurt and strawberries together with mixer or smash cottage cheese lumps with the back of your spoon until smooth
  2. Spray an omelette pan with non stick spray and pour mixture in to pan on medium heat.
  3. Cook as you would an omelette, flipping over half way through
  4. Top with vanilla yogurt and strawberries
