Ingredients:
1 pound fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
1 fresh lemon
salt
garlic powder
Method:
- Preheat oven at 400 degrees
- Place asparagus on a sprayed baking sheet in a single layer, not on top of one another
- Squeeze the juice of half the lemon, and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder
- Roast for about 15 minutes
- Squeeze the juice of the other half of the lemon and serve
