Lemon Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
1 fresh lemon
salt
garlic powder

Method:

  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees
  2. Place asparagus on a sprayed baking sheet in a single layer, not on top of one another
  3. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon, and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder
  4. Roast for about 15 minutes
  5. Squeeze the juice of the other half of the lemon and serve
