Overnight Chocolate Chia Pudding


¼ cup cocoa powder (I like Hershey’s extra dark)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
¼ cup chia seed
¼ cup sugar free syrup
2 tbs sweetener of choice (or opt for regular syrup and omit sweetener)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (can sub any milk)
¼ tsp salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Make sure all of the ingredients have dissolved.
  3. Cover the bowl and place in refrigerator overnight.
  4. The mixture will thicken and turn into a pudding consistency.

It’s delicious on it’s own, but feel free to top with whipped cream, fresh berries, or chocolate chips!
