Ingredients:
¼ cup cocoa powder (I like Hershey’s extra dark)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
¼ cup chia seed
¼ cup sugar free syrup
2 tbs sweetener of choice (or opt for regular syrup and omit sweetener)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (can sub any milk)
¼ tsp salt
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Make sure all of the ingredients have dissolved.
- Cover the bowl and place in refrigerator overnight.
- The mixture will thicken and turn into a pudding consistency.
It’s delicious on it’s own, but feel free to top with whipped cream, fresh berries, or chocolate chips!
