Peanut Butter and Jelly Oats

(This is especially good if you have an almost empty peanut butter jar to use)

1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 scoop vanilla or peanut butter protein powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter (if you are using an almost empty jar skip this step)
1 tablespoon of your favorite sugar free jelly (I like Polaner)


  1. Place ½ cup oats in a jar
  2. Add 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  3. Add ½ scoop of vanilla or peanut butter protein powder
  4. Refrigerate jar for at least 3 hours
  5. Mix in peanut butter and jelly

**Make your own blueberry compote by heating 1 cup of blueberries and a little bit of water over stove top until it gets warm and thick.
