Protein Rolls

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup self rising flour
1/4 cup Quest Multi Purpose protein powder
Trader Joes Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Knead the dough (roll on a floured surface if necessary)
  3. Shape into a roll and flatten
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning (you can use an egg white wash on top if you’d like – just rub it on)
  5. Bake 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes
