Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
olive oil spray
salt
pepper
paprika
Method:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Place chickpeas on a non-stick baking tray and spray generously with olive oil spray
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika
- Bake for 35 minutes, tossing about every 10 minutes until they are crispy
For a sweet version:
2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tablespoon brown sugar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- In a small bowl toss the chickpeas, sugar and cinnamon
- Spread chickpeas on a non-stick baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing about every 10 minutes until brown and crispy
