Blueberry Oatmeal Bake

2 cup quick oats
4 egg plus 4 tbs egg white
300g unsweetened applesauce
4 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbs Swerve Sweetener
1 cup blueberries

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl except for the blueberries
  3. After the mixture is combine fold in the blueberries
  4. Spray a single serve baking dish with non stick spray and pour mixture in.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes
