½ cup quick oats
1 egg plus 1 tbs egg white
75g unsweetened applesauce
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbs Swerve Sweetener
¼ cup blueberries
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl except for the blueberries
- After the mixture is combine fold in the blueberries
- Spray a single serve baking dish with non stick spray and pour mixture in.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes
