Hard Core -Advanced Gym Training Plan
The Hard Core -Advanced gym training plan is for those who have experience lifting in the gym. This program is NOT for beginners. This is a great program if you are looking to break through a plateau. Each workout is designed to keep your heart rate high and burn major calories, while increasing strength and building muscle!
The Hard Core -Advanced training program includes:
• a 4 week training plan that is made up of daily workouts broken into a split of 5 days a week in the gym. Each workout is about 60 minutes.
The plan also includes video links to each exercise.
