During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

I have done a lot of eating out lately!

Breakfast buffet consisted of egg white omelette with lots of veggies, cheesy grits, fruit cup and hash browns (not shown).

Snack

A glass of wine was my snack

Lunch

Sub in a tub.  Turkey, cheese, lettuce tomato, onion, pickles, sweet peppers.

Snack

Arugula salad with beets and salata ricotta and pistachios

Dinner

Chicken piccata, artichokes, capers in a white wine sauce with a side of sautéed veggies, roasted potatoes

Dessert

I didn’t take a picture of dessert but we shared a few and tasted each of them.
