What I Ate Wednesday

During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

Egg whites, cheese, tomato and avocado

Snack

Minestrone soup

Lunch

Greek yogurt, jello cup topped with puffed wheat cereal

Snack

rice cake, laughing cow wedge with hard boiled egg (I had 2 egg whites, 1 yolk)

Dinner

Rice cauliflower, mixed with low fat cheddar cheese, grilled chicken on the side.

Dessert

2 pieces of Godiva chocolate. I also had a few pita chips – been craving them lately. If I were more on track I would have had a protein shake since protein was a bit low today.
