What I Ate Wednesday

During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

Oats, 2 egg whites, 1 egg, cheddar cheese. Make sure you salt it!

Snack

Cottage cheese and 2 rice cakes

 

Lunch

Salad, grilled chicken, Gorgonzola cheese

Snack

Protein bar

Dinner

Hearts of palm pasta, veggies with ground beef (92% lean) topped with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Dessert

Cool whip, peanut butter and berries. I also had some dried apricots.
