What I Ate Wednesday

During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

Egg whites (about 1/2 cup)  + one egg, 1 slice of toast and a sprinkle of cheese

 

 

Snack

Cottage cheese (about 3/4 cup) + 2 Wasa crackers

Lunch

Salad, loads of veggies, tuna fish.  Dressing is just vinegar – I don’t like dressing with my tuna fish!

Snack

I have been trying many flavors of these bars. This is a good one! Great macros – high protein, low fat, moderate carbs. A perfect snack with tea or coffee or a large glass of water.

Dinner

Taco salad – beef, guacamole, peppers, onions, black beans over a large bed of greens, chips on the side

Dessert

A handful of all 3 for dessert. Can’t get enough of these!
