Breakfast

1 egg, 2 egg white, laughing cow wedge on 2 slices of toast.

Snack

Chicken salad

 

Lunch

Large Salad, grilled chicken, gorgonzola. 1 tsp olive oil. vinegar and spices. Also had a bag of baked chips.

Snack

Protein bar

Dinner

Chicken, broccoli, mushrooms and tomatoes sautéed over rice.

Dessert

cool whip and berries & dried apricots.
