During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

Toast, 4 egg whites, avocado.

 

 

Snack

Cottage cheese with 2 Wasa crackers

Lunch

Brussel sprout salad (lots of Parmesan cheese) with grilled chicken.

Snack

Quest Chips with fruit

Dinner

Cauliflower gnocchi, onions, peppers, broccoli, peas, tomatoes, artichokes, chicken, tomato sauce topped with parmigiana cheese – so good!

Dessert

Ice cream with peanut butter, Kit Kat and a Reece’s cup. Chocolate heaven!
