What I Ate Wednesday

During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

Egg white, Ezekiel bread with avocado.

 

 

 

Snack

Greek yogurt blended with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Lunch

Salad with all the veggies, pickles and tuna fish. Red wine vinegar, salt and garlic powder for dressing.  I like to keep dressing light since there is enough fat from the mayo in the tuna fish.

Snack

My favorite protein bar

Dinner

Sushi – seaweed salad, one roll with rice, one wrapped in cucumber. Glass of wine on the side.

Dessert

A healthy handful of these chocolate covered cherries
