Blueberry Protein pancakes with sugar free syrup. These were made with Kodiak Cakes, 1/2 scoop protein powder, egg whites, water and blueberries.
1 egg, 1/2 cup egg whites and 1 slice toast
Mediterranean salad – chickpeas, roasted pepper, artichiokes, celery with tuna fish. A sprinkle of parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper and red wine vinegar. – on top of a lot of lettuce.

“Key Lime Pie” mini crust, lime yellow mixed with cool whip
