What I Ate Wednesday

During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

Protein pancakes I combined 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes with 1 scoop of Quest Multi purpose protein powder and mixed with unsweetened almond milk.

Snack

Greek yogurt with berries and a small amount of granola.

Lunch

Large salad with turkey & Swiss.

Snack

A snack can be a meal! Steak, guacamole and tomatoes.

Dinner

White rice, bok choy, Chicken tikki masala (Saffron Road sauce). I started with a salad!

 

Dessert

Skinny Pop and 4 pieces of non pareil chocolate
