During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

Egg whites and avocado wrapped up (Josephs Lavash)

Snack

Cottage cheese and 1 rice cake, strawberries

Lunch

Tuna salad on top of salad. I just used salt, garlic powder, oregano and vinegar as dressing.

 

Snack

Quest chips (use code Sloane20) and Fit Crunch Protein bar

Dinner

Grilled chicken parmesan with cauliflower gnocchi. I had a large salad to start.
