Breakfast

Egg whites, Ezekiel bread with laughing cow wedge.

 

 

 

Snack

Lunch

Loads of veggies with tuna fish. Pita chips on the side.

Snack

Turkey roll ups, carrots, celery, cucumbers with hummus

Dinner

Zucchini boats filled with ground beef, tomato sauce and low fat mozzarella cheese. Glass of wine and big salad to start.

Dessert

Cool whip, mixed with PB2, sugar free jello pudding.
