During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

Toast, topped with one whole hard boiled egg and 2 egg whites. Topped with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.

Lunch

Mediterranean salad topped with tuna fish. I used vinegar, oil from artichokes, salt, garlic powder and oregano for the dressing.

 

Snack

Snack

2 rice cakes topped with peanut butter and a protein drink.

 

Dinner

Grilled chicken over broccoli rabe. Large salad to start.

Dessert

Trail mix – sweet and salty!
