Breakfast

Egg white omelet with feta cheese and tomatoes with 2 slices Ezekiel bread

 

 

 

Snack

Lunch

Mexican Salad – I made my own dressing of Bolthouse Cilantro Avocado dressing, lime juice and salsa.

Fit Crunch Bar

Dinner

Zucchini boats with ground beef, topped with mozzarella cheese and a glass of wine (recipe on website)

Dessert

1/2 container of Arctic Zero Brownie Batter ice cream.  It was “ok” little icy but loads of brownie bites which made up for it 🙂
