During the week I mostly keep my meals simple and nutritional, as it’s a great way to keep things in check.

Breakfast

Blueberry Protein pancakes with sugar free syrup. These were made with Kodiak Cakes, 1/2 scoop protein powder, egg whites, water and blueberries.

 

Snack

1 egg, 1/2 cup egg whites and 1 slice toast

Lunch

Mediterranean salad – chickpeas, roasted pepper, artichiokes, celery with tuna fish. Β A sprinkle of parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper and red wine vinegar. – on top of a lot of lettuce.

93% lean beef burger, roll and roasted potatoes.

Dessert

“Key Lime Pie” mini crust, lime yellow mixed with cool whip
