Breakfast

Egg salad – one whole egg, 2 egg whites.  Side of toast

Snack

Yogurt, 2 rice cakes

 

Lunch

Turkey lettuce wraps with crackers

Snack

Veggies and hummus and a protein bar

Dinner

Flank steak, spaghetti squash with parmesan cheese and asparagus

Dessert

Protein ice cream topped with graham crackers and peanut butter powder.  Recipe here
