“Macros” are short for macronutrients, which are simply proteins, fats and carbs, which make up a calorie.
I like to break them down and give you the right amount of macros for your body to make you feel your best. Because when you feel your best, you are more likely to stick to the plan! And the longer you stick to the plan the more results you are going to see.
While I encourage you to exercise for heart health, you can certainly lose weight without exercising with this nutrition plan.
