Do you want a quick workout to make your body feel amazing on Thanksgiving (or the day after?) I’ve got you covered!
I’m sure you can agree, getting our daily dose of exercise makes us feel better both physically and mentally!
Even if you feel like you are extremely short on time at this hectic time of the year, I encourage you to try to carve out 15-20 minutes for a short blast of exercise. You’d be surprised at how much you can do! The key is shorter rest periods, higher reps, with lower weight.
It will get your heart pumping, raise your metabolic rate, use multiple muscle groups, and make you feel great for the rest of the day.
While you won’t feel good that you skipped a workout, I can assure you that you will not regret getting a short one in!
