We had individual goals and calorie counts, but we were all on the same workout schedule pushing through and encouraging each other! We joined one another on the Facebook page, cheered with others in their triumphs and helped each other on their low days.

“I cannot begin to express how proud I am of myself and my body after only 30 days of following the SloaneSquad nutrition and workout plan.
At 58 years old I felt there was no going back to the fit body I had attained just a few years ago. I’ve been doing workouts in a gym for several years only to find I was beating my body up with burpees and unnecessary HIIT workouts that only led to physical therapy and many setbacks.
Feeling incredibly defeated and weak, I thought I was going to have to give into the fact I’m getting older.
When I found Sloane on Instagram and saw what she had attained, in spite of all the setbacks that were thrown her way, I felt a spark ignite in my gut. The simplicity of Sloane’s workouts have been a game changer for me. By NO means are they easy, in fact my heart rate is higher than most of the HIIT workouts I was doing. They are so specific to particular body parts and the attention to form and tempo is key.
I must also note that having been given the proper nutrition also contributed to the game changer. I know I was not eating enough protein and the amount of water I was taking in was a fraction to what I’m taking in now. My gut feels better, my skin is softer and I have energy and clarity that had all but diminished. That too is something I couldn’t get at the gym. I got lots of advice but it wasn’t specific to my needs and my body.
In only 30 days I dropped 7 pounds – but the 8 inches I lost, most of which dropped from my midsection, is what I am so stoked about. I can fluctuate 5 pounds in weight after a really good lift, but to lose 8 inches is HUGE!!!
I am going to Cabo the end of February of 2023 a new and improved version of myself. I can’t wait for part 2 of this challenge. In the mean time I will stay the course with the workouts and dialing in on my nutrition. I feel like I’ve been given the most beautiful gift and I can only thank Sloane and her expertise for that. 😊”
