It was short, intense and had an awesome community all striving for the same mental and physical improvements!

While each person had their our own customized macros, we all completed the same workout schedule, pushing through each day, and there for each other.

I loved the vibe on the private Facebook page – so many of you were cheering each other on and leaning on each other for help and motivation! Community is what it’s all about!

Being a part of the 30 day challenge, I have learned a lot about my daily food intake.

Having Sloane teach us how to track our macros made me aware of just how much food I was eating in a day, and all the wrong kinds too!

Following my daily macros made me feel great while having the flexibility to eat the things I love and still lose weight.

The workouts were challenging without taking up huge amounts of time out of my busy days, and really added to my progress.

Donna’s Challenge Testimonial

Three years ago I happened upon an article about Sloane and felt an instant moment of connection. I related to her story in every way- a woman in her 40s who tried every diet, worked out daily, had the drive to succeed, but could STILL not lose those extra pounds.

I wanted to see my abs! I was getting up at 4 am five days a week and running marathons, but my body composition was not changing.

From the moment I read Sloane’s story, I knew that I needed to contact her, and it was by far one of the best decisions of my life.

Fast forward to today, and I can honestly say that I look and feel better than I have in my entire life.

Specifically, after completing the challenge, I have noticed some major differences. My abs are more defined. My energy has increased.

In the past few months, I have realized that I no feel my body crashing at 2:00 pm. In October, I attended my 25th high school reunion, and I have never received more compliments in my life about my appearance than I did that night. At 43 years old, I was the “hot girl,” and while my goal in doing this program was never about impressing others, it just proves that one is never too old to achieve the body you desire.

While I have been on this journey with Sloane for almost three years, the challenge was exactly what I needed to reinvigorate my workouts. The workouts were much more challenging than I anticipated, and I enjoyed the variety that they provided. In addition, I am now a firm believer that flexible dieting and counting macros is the most effective way to achieve results. Sloane’s plan gave me the tools that I needed to succeed and to continue to succeed moving forward. While I am not 100 percent perfect in following the nutrition aspect, I now definitely know what I need to do to lose and maintain my weight.

Sloane, thank you so much for encouraging, inspiring, and sharing your journey with me and all of the others that you continue to help. I look forward to continuing my journey with you!
