Cookie Dough Bites


2 Tablespoons coconut flour
2 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Stevia, Swerve or any sweetener of choice to taste
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2-4 Tablespoons unsweetened almond or cashew milk
1 Tablespoon stevia-sweetened chocolate chips


  1. Prepare a baking tray lined with wax or parchment paper
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl
  3. Wet hands and roll into balls
  4. Place balls onto tray and let sit for at least an hour
  5. Store in refrigerator or freezer
