Ingredients:
1 scoop of protein powder (I like Quest Multi Purpose)
2 Tablespoons of whole wheat pastry flour
1 Tablespoon PB2
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/8 tsp baking powder
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl to form a batter
- Add water slowly to desired consistency.
- Spray griddle and cook about 2 minutes until bubbles form, before flipping over.
