Healthy Banana Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup self rising whole wheat flour
1 egg
2 bananas, mashed
1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup Swerve Sugar Replacement (you can use real sugar or omit completely for a less sweet muffin)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt

  1. Mix all of the wet ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add the dry ingredients except the blueberries and combine
  3. Fold in blueberries
  4. Place in sprayed muffin tin or muffin liners
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes
