3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Incorporating a sufficient amount of protein in to your diet is an essential part of losing weight.

With this recipe, hitting your daily protein goals makes it super easy!

I can assure you that these pancakes taste so good, and at 300 calories and a whopping 38g of protein, they are a no brainer for your next breakfast or snack (yes, any time of the day for this delicious stack!)

Best part is they are super easy to make and all you need are 3 ingredients!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes
1 scoop Quest Multi Purpose Protein Powder
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)

Method:

  1. Preheat a large fry pan on medium heat and spray with oil (you can use butter but the calories and macros will change)
  2. In a medium bowl mix together the Kodiak Cakes and protein powder
  3. Add milk and stir until well blended
  4. Place batter into circles of your desired size on to fry pan
  5. When the pancakes bubble flip over

Top with berries if you like. I prefer to use sugar free syrup but use what you like!
