Go Bananas For My Banana Bread

You will go Bananas for my Banana Bread!  Like most of my recipes, this is so simple to throw together and quick to make.  They make a great, protein packed healthy option when you are on the go or in a pinch.

Store in the refrigerator or freezer and when you need a healthy snack option grab and go! What could be better than that?


  1. 4 Ripe Bananas
  2. 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  3. 1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
  4. 1 Cup Oat Flour
  5. 1 TBS Butter Extract
  6. 1/3 Cup Swerve Sweetener
  7. 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract


Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.  Place mixture in a sprayed loaf pan and bake for 15-18 minutes at 350. Enjoy!

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving: 114 calories, 1 gram of fat, 17 grams carbohydrates, 9 grams protein.
