Single Serve Healthy Warm Brownie Sundae



 If you haven’t had dessert yet tonight go make this!
If not make it tomorrow!!!
Words cannot express!  You WONT be disappointed!

Mix together in a bowl:
1 TBS almond flour (can sub oat flour)
1 egg
1 TBS cocoa powder
3 TBS almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 TBS maple syrup
1 tsp psyllium husk (not necessary but it gives it a nice chewy texture)
Dash of salt
2 TBS sweetener (I used Stevia)
2 TBS of Chocolate chips

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 in a single serve muffin pan or dish and top with that ice cream because it was GOOD! This bad boy was topped with a Yasso chocolate chip ice cream bar but feel free to top with whatever you like..
