This ain’t your mother’s porridge! Overnight oats are a no-cooking, no-hassle way to make a deliciously creamy and HEALTHY grab-and-go breakfast.
This recipe uses the acidity of Greek yogurt to help your oats to “predigest,” neutralizing much of the phytic acid that can block mineral absorption.
Ingredients:
• Mason jar
• 1/3 cup of oats
• 1 scoop of protein powder
• 1/4 cup of almond milk
• 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
• As many blueberries as you want!
Instructions:
Step 1: Pour your oats into the jar
Step 2: Pour in protein powder
Step 3: Add the almond milk
Step 4: Add in Greek yogurt
Step 5: Top it off with blueberries
Step 6: Stir and refrigerate overnight!
