There are a few ways to cook Spaghetti Squash – but the easiest that I found is to take this baby to the oven!
Poke holes with a sharp knife around the entire squash.
Place squash on a cookie sheet and bake for an hour at 375 degrees.
Once it’s cooled, cut it lengthwise and scoop the seeds out with a large spoon.
Then use your fork and scrape away. Texture should be firm and not mushy.
You can also microwave the ENTIRE squash.
Pierce it the same way explained above, and microwave on high for about 7 minutes.
Cool before slicing it lengthwise.
Then, put it back in microwave for about 10 minutes more
Once cooled scrape out the flesh of the squash with a fork.
