Easy Protein Pancakes

These pancakes take 5 minutes to put together, are super simple to make and are healthy and delicious!

I left these pancakes plain – to give YOU the option to top them with whatever you like!

Ingredients:
1 scoop of protein powder (I like Quest Multi Purpose or PE Science Snickerdoodle)
2 Tablespoons of whole wheat pastry flour
1 Tablespoon PB2
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/8 tsp baking powder

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl to form a batter, adding in water slowly to desired consistency.
Spray griddle and cook about 2 minutes until bubbles form, before flipping over.
