Food Porn Alert! Protein Stuffed Waffles – Oh My!

Would you believe me if I told you these big, overstuffed, melt in your mouth, delicious waffles were only about 400 calories? And a whopping 30 grams of protein?

I didn’t think so!

So I’m here to tell you that if you aren’t flexible dieting your missing out. Because I made these babies and fit them in to my macros with ZERO GUILT. How’s that for a win?  Yes, you can lose weight and still eat yummy, delicious overstuffed waffles for dessert!

I’m on a 2 night roll – switching up the toppings which of course you can do too. The first night I put Trader Joes Cookies n Creme butter with Halo Top Birthday Cake ice cream in the center. To die for.

The 2nd night I put fresh strawberries, Halo Top Birthday Cake Ice Cream and well…the Cookie Butter again because I was still dreaming about it from the night before!

So grab your waffle iron and simply mix together 3/4 scoop PE Science Snickerdoodle Protein Powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and 1 egg. Add a bit of water or milk to desired consistency. That’s it! How easy is that?

Then, fill with whatever you like. Peanut butter and banana? Nutella and Cool Whip?
