Serve this healthy, creamy sauce over your favorite protein or as a dip. It’s delicious and so versatile. And as all of my recipes are, healthy & easy to make!
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbs fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 Tbs olive oil (optional)
In a medium bowl combine and whisk the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and dill.
Season with salt and chill in refrigerator.
Drizzle olive oil on top if you wish.
